Developing “Selfless” Leaders

I don’t think that there is anything about the above quote that would take anyone by surprise.  If you ask any average person walking down the street whether a leader should put followers first, it is likely that he or she will say yes.  Yet despite our collective belief that this is a worthwhile principle, and one that should be affirmed by action, it is something we rarely see.
