Change is hard enough as it is! So it can be a double frogPrince-normalblow when you work hard to change something and nobody notices! Your first reaction might be “Why bother?” But I want to tell you that is not the right, or best, way to see this. Instead, ask yourself, “WHY didn’t they notice?” Why Nobody Noticed You Changed (Jesse Lyn Stoner) suggests ways you can help colleagues notice that you’ve changed, which in turn, will help you to continue the new, improved behavior.
