Librarians are really smart people, and reference librarians are some of the smartest. 🙂 But sometimes, they have to be not only smart, but quick. As in witty. As you’ll see in this chat reference transcript of a question asked by “Mrs. Bieber.”
She impressed the young lady by knowing all about Nicki Minaj, even convincing her that she was being rude and owed the original librarian an apology.
This librarian was one smart (and tough!) cookie, and did an excellent job while showing her customer respect. And boy, can she think on her feet.
