Change is hard. You’ve heard me say it before.
Yet, it is inevitable. So since it’s difficult, but must happen, don’t you think we should learn how to manage change well? I do. Change happens in libraries all the time, and those who must help others to make change need to master the best ways to do that. Otherwise, the folks you work with can become angry, bitter, critical, and lots of other things you don’t want.
