I’m still working on this one. 
I try, but I’m not always a good listener. But a boss, a manager, a teacher, a student, an employee–we must all be good listeners!
So it was a good reminder to read Successful Leaders Listen by Jesse Lyn Stoner. I’m going to try to put her good tips to use.
